FGVW General Meeting
Present: Martin Calvert, Adrian Coltman, Teresa Williams, David Lumb, Hazel Gregory, David Miles.

Vote to Appoint Trustees of FGVW There was a vote to accept/not accept applications from David Miles, Simon Conyers, Hazel Gregory and David Lumb. Firstly, the Chair ruled that the meeting was not quorate. However, as the only item on the agenda was the vote and all members had been given the opportunity to vote already, the meeting could proceed. Teresa Williams and Adrian Coltman explained the secret ballot process. There were 11 sealed votes already received. The 6 attendees then voted and Teresa and Adrian counted the vote. After a recount, the results were confirmed as:
Thus all 4 candidates were elected to serve as trustees. As per the constitution, the new Chair and Treasurer will serve until the 2026 AGM, when both retire, and will then be eligible for reappointment. The non-office holder trustees take yearly turns to follow the same process. Trustees Martin Calvert, Adrian Coltman, Steve Jones-Blackett and Naoimi Watts-Kitto will all resign as soon as a handover meeting takes place but certainly by 31st December 2025. There was no other business. |
